Steve was quick to find a rental used vehicle which I test drove and learned about it's many features. I decided the color combo wasn't quite right, so I asked him to continue his search for me. After looking at Infinity & Lexus plus other local Chevrolet Dealerships, I switched my focus to new Tahoes. Steve was quick to refer me to two LTZs on his lot and quoted me what I considered a fair price. To seal the deal Steve and Bob offered me what I wanted for my trade-in and we completed the sale. I highly recommend Royal and their sales staff for how they conduct business! More

Mr. Ridley was extremely knowledgeable in various areas of the Chevrolet designs and models, etc. to choose from. He also was very patient in explaining how to operate all the wonderful features of my Sonic, and even took the time to set up the Infotainment System, including enabling Bluetooth for my cell phone and showing me how that works, and setting my favorite radio stations, and "sealed the deal" you might say by filling the gas tank which was completely unexpected!! Mr. Ridley deserves the highest commendation because he really listens, not the least bit pushy, and takes the customers' interests seriously to find the perfect vehicle for their needs. Finance manager Mr. Capocelli was very helpful towards the final paperwork, they make a great team!! . More
