Mr. Ridley was extremely knowledgeable in various areas of the Chevrolet designs and models, etc. to choose from. He also was very patient in explaining how to operate all the wonderful features of my Sonic, and even took the time to set up the Infotainment System, including enabling Bluetooth for my cell phone and showing me how that works, and setting my favorite radio stations, and "sealed the deal" you might say by filling the gas tank which was completely unexpected!! Mr. Ridley deserves the highest commendation because he really listens, not the least bit pushy, and takes the customers' interests seriously to find the perfect vehicle for their needs. They gave me the knowledge and confidence to move forward in making this decision, and I felt totally comfortable and at peace, along the way. When I signed for the vehicle at the end of the day, Dino Capocelli was very thorough, patient and extremely attentive to detail, in answering all my questions, and helping me figure everything out. What could have been an overwhelming, scary process was effortless and simple, and I'm so grateful for him, too! In fact, everyone at the dealership was welcoming and friendly when I arrived, and this is exactly why I traded in my beaten up old Tahoe for a new Cruze, on the same day. Originally, I had gone to the service department that afternoon just to get an estimate to repair a broken mirror, but I ended up leaving 3 hours later with a brand new car, which I love! So, many thanks to all y'all, for your help! There is definitely a positive vibe at Royal Chev, and a good energy among all the employees.
