I was currently driving a 2006 Pontiac G6 that was in good condition, but was getting up there in age. My mom and I decided to take a drive to Royal Chevrolet just to "take a look around". My sister had recently purchased a Cruze and raved about how easy the process was. I had looked at the Equinox and knew I wanted a smaller SUV. We arrived and Jason met us with a smile. He helped me locate an Equinox that met my "requirements". It had to have a sunroof. He asked what my price range was and put my fears of having another car payment at ease. After test driving "Ruby", I knew I was in love. I loved the way the Royal team made it happen. I could have been finished with the whole experience by noon had I not had an appointment to attend to. There was no pressure, no back and forth haggling over prices, and the whole experience was very low stress. I would highly recommend Royal Chevrolet, and especially working with Jason to any of my family and friends. The whole team at Royal was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
