Rusty Snead and I had been going back and forth over the past few weeks, and last week Rusty had the perfect new truck for me. Since I moved to Richmond many years ago, Royal Chevrolet has been and continues to be the place for me, for great service for my vehicles throughout the years, and I know that terrific service will continue with my new truck. Our search for the right vehicle was literally months longer than I have typically taken. Reason being, we wanted to ensure we purchased the perfect vehicle for our family which also, very importantly, fits our lifestyle, which is family. We looked online at a number of vehicles and found two, or three we wanted to take a closer look at. Two of which were at Royal due to their vast selection of Suburban's and other new Chevy cars and trucks in stock. When I called the dealership, I was greeted by Matt Ridley, our salesperson. Matt made the entire experience. His professionalism, courtesy, patience, knowledge of products, willingness to go an extra 10 miles to answer some off-the-wall questions by a certain someone I won't mention (husband's, you know what I mean). Seriously though, we had a great experience. The Finance Manager, Luke Reid was fantastic as well. Luke was able to beat the already exceptional financing deal we had obtained prior to walking into the dealership to pick up our new Suburban. All-in-all, we felt like we received Royal treatment, as one should when purchasing the second largest purchase consumers typically make. Being in a service related industry, the Royal Chevrolet team exceeded all expectations we had when we started our search. Thank you Matt, Luke and the remainder of the Royal team! More
