Knight Rider 2003 to Knight Rider 2015, What a difference! On Saturday morning, we were looking on line for a car....Our well worn but well loved GMC Yukon XL was on it's last leg. Our precious cargo, 5 grand On Saturday morning, we were looking on line for a car....Our well worn but well loved GMC Yukon XL was on it's last leg. Our precious cargo, 5 grandchildren, could not be transported with us anymore ... we just could not depend on our truck. We browsed prices and left our email and phone number to be contacted by dealerships. A Royal representative, Pam, called us before we left home. We put Royal on our list at that time. We debated where to start and because of the trucks we had seen on the internet and especially Pam's call we drove right to Royal. We parked and saw the Suburbans and as we looked Michelle approached us...she was very non judgmental about out small window of time, ancient trade in, and small budget. She worked hard for us, looking at inventory, going back and forth to this person and that, and while we were hoping for a smaller payment, she worked very hard to save us any dollars possible. After a few hours... with a thank you to both Michelle and a 2003 General Motors car that had served us well ..we were on our way home. Even though it was past closing time and time for the race we were never made to feel rushed and Michelle took the time to give us a thorough explanation of the features of our new car. As we pulled into our driveway our grandson Paul, an big fan of Knight Rider said," now we have the new version, the 2015 Knight Rider"....Who could ask for a bigger endorsement than that? It does practically drive itself. More
