He was straight forward with us from the beginning to the end. He gave A+ service!! Dino was very thorough with us in the finance department. He was also very polite and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to work with our budget. Luke finished out the deal for us. Everything was exactly the way we expected after talking with Dino the week before. Luke is also very polite and knowledgeable in the finance department and made the transaction very easy for us. Also, there were so many employees that we had friendly exchanges with that had no part in the deal. All of the employees was very polite and friendly. There is no doubt in our minds, if someone we know is looking for a new or used vehicle, I will definitely recommend them to Royal Chevrolet before going anywhere else. Great service department I was in a bind and needed a service quick on my Camaro. I knew Mike Z from a previous dealer and contacted him to get me an appointment, to which he I was in a bind and needed a service quick on my Camaro. I knew Mike Z from a previous dealer and contacted him to get me an appointment, to which he did for the next morning! I met with Jeff Turner the next morning. Royal hooked me up with a loaner car to go to work while my car was serviced and the job was finished so quickly I even could have waited there. Overall a great experience especially for a last-minute appointment. I will time my work trips to Richmond so that I can have my car serviced here again - I was very satisfied with the customer service and the convenience. Thanks guys! More

The new car & truck manager, Mike Zaremba, worked earnestly & quickly in formulating a sales agreement which met our financial needs. He truly had a way about him which earned my trust as our deal was struck with a handshake. At delivery, he even came out to meet our family & thank us again for our business. The business manager, Luke Reid, was very organized & prepared for our closing making it appear to be "seamless". He was very thorough in explaining the documents we signed, yet, the process went very quickly.
