We had the CERTIFIED vehicle for 6 months and it had already spent a month total in the shop. The first time we took it in for the A/C making a loise noise. The service writer told me that it was normal and nothing was wrong with it (He argued with me about EVERYTHING that I would say was wrong with my CERTIFIED vehicle and I had to ask to have a different service writer). I told them there is something wrong with it and he proceeded to argue with me about it. He called the shop foreman up to listen to it BEFORE he do anything so I could drop it off. Shop foreman said yes something is wrong with it. Got the car back and the dash was making some loud rattling noise and the A/C was still making the same noise. 2 days later the A/c STOPPED WORKING! I called and had to take it back to them. So as of today 3/27/17 My A/C was fixed the 3rd time I took it in, the noise in the brakes were fixed after the 3rd time, but the rattling in the dash that wasn't there when we bought it (it started after they worked on the A/C) still is not fixed. Royal once again broke the stereotype of the high-pressure uncomfortable adversarial new-car buying experience! We previously had purchased a 2011 Cruze, and then later upgraded to a 2015 Malibu. Our recent purchase was basically a bare-bones 2017 Spark. We had been researching vehicles to select a small car to tow behind our RV, and the Spark was the perfect choice. After six years of trouble-free driving with the Cruze and the Malibu, we are looking forward to more of the same with "Sparky"! Thanks to Dino and Steve for making the procedure hassle-free! More

Worst experience ever I had the worst experience at this dealership. I went in to purchase a vehicle I was told I needed a little more down and was asked can I get it by Fr I had the worst experience at this dealership. I went in to purchase a vehicle I was told I needed a little more down and was asked can I get it by Friday. I got the money together by Friday contacted Ron carter and let him know. After that day he ignored my call and didn't reach back out to me. I finally got in contact with him he told me he was waiting for the car to come in. So I waited a month for the car contacted him the Wednesday before the Friday he told me to come in he stated we was still on for that Friday for me to get the car. I go in that Friday morning and he tells me they sold the car the night before that I had been waiting the month to get. Not only that I wasted my time going up there he didn't even have the courtesy to call me and let me know the car was sold. I would not recommend anyone to do business here. More
Bad experience Initially this was a great experience. Everyone was friendly, quick, and what I thought efficient. We purchased a Hyundai Tucson and loved the car. After having the car for a week we received a call saying the loan had not gone through and we had to return the car. I don't know how they let you drive off the lot without having approval for the loan. I do not feel like they did all they could to resolve this issue. After visiting another, much more reputable dealership, it sounds like there were several other things Royal could have/ should have done to make this loan go through. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I arrived at the dealership after having seen the vehicle online and Matthew greeted me at the front door, with a smile and helpful manner, initially and every time thereafter. We appreciate his business acumen, promptness and attention to detail. We encountered a few minor hiccups but Matthew worked diligently to iron out the details and make certain we were satisfied customers and purchased the vehicle we wanted. Johnny Norris, the Used Car Director, was instrumental as well in our experience and remembered our names each time we visited the dealership which was recognized and appreciated.
