Although anything lower involved me travel a 100 miles or more to get a car. Not having to do that can definitely make a difference on where you decide to buy a car. This is not the first car I have bought from royal Chevrolet. They went beyond what I expected a dealership to do to get me into the car I was looking for. More

Michelle greeted us from the beginning, was very patient and understanding, and worked hard to get us the car we wanted. There was some delay of delivery due to the holiday weekend. This and the time taken off from work to purchase the car would have worked more smoothly if Jason, the manager, had communicated more consistently and in a timely manner with us without being prompted - we had to contact him for updates. This was very frustrating, but Michelle made up for it with her professionalism. Overall a great experience! More
