Matt Ridley is a gem in the car sales market. Royal Chevrolet has been a great dealership to work with and Matt Ridley has been at the focal point of this experience. When working with Matt at Roy Royal Chevrolet has been a great dealership to work with and Matt Ridley has been at the focal point of this experience. When working with Matt at Royal, Matt is more your AGENT than a company salesperson. Sure he works for Royal, but Matt is most interested in what you want and how he can best get you what you want (hence an AGENT), Matt is very knowledgeable of the products at Royal but looks to the customer to ask questions as to what Royal has and what you want. Matt has never pushed a customer toward a car, but instead looks to the buyer to guide him to offer the car that fits the customers wants/desires. Two family members have purchased new cars through Matt and we BOTH had the same great experience. Matt can't get you a car for free, but he does all he can do to get you what YOU want. It is very likely I'll buy a car from there again Everything was clean and neat. They had a wide variety of cars on the lot. Anything that you wanted that they didn't have they were more than willing Everything was clean and neat. They had a wide variety of cars on the lot. Anything that you wanted that they didn't have they were more than willing to help you find. They were not the highest price I found, and they were not the lowest price. Although anything lower involved me travel a 100 miles or more to get a car. Not having to do that can definitely make a difference on where you decide to buy a car. This is not the first car I have bought from royal Chevrolet. They went beyond what I expected a dealership to do to get me into the car I was looking for. More
