Great Sales service Poor administration I found a vehicle I was interested in online and headed to Royal Chevrolet to check it out. My salesman (Bill Carchman) was extremely helpful. He was I found a vehicle I was interested in online and headed to Royal Chevrolet to check it out. My salesman (Bill Carchman) was extremely helpful. He was patient with me while I looked the vehicle over, eagrly obtained all the information on the vehicle that I needed, and accommodated all my requests during the test drive. Bill and I we're easily able to come to a fair deal suitable for both parties. Bill was a breath of fresh air in an industry plaqued by dishonesty. Overall I had a refreshingly pleasant experience thanks entirely to Bill Carchman. My experience after making a deal was unfortunately to the tune of a different song. I had to wait for at least an hour to see the staff member that was assigned to complete my purchase. I will admit the actual paperwork went smoothly and swiftly, but the wait was excruciating. Following my purchase, I returned to North Carolina to register and title the vehicle. However, the title was not provided at purchase. I called the dealership multiple time over a 30 day period and was assured by staff that my title was on the way. It wasnt until I neared the expiration of my temporary tags that I decided to once again call upon the services of Bill Carchman. I gave Bill a call and within a few hours my title had been located and overnighted to me. Bill provided excellent service, while demonstrating problem solving and customer service skills unmatched by his co-workers More
