I was kept informed on the status of my vehicle beforehand from the factory and always accommodated. They know how to follow up after the sale to make sure I'm happy. I left a deposit with them for my next purchase as I left the lot with the one I just bought. How many times did that happen? Bob and Winston deserve special recognition for their professional manner and their outstanding accommodating responsiveness. Buying a New Car My car recently gave out on me, which was very unexpected while in the midst of all the natural disasters. After trying two other dealerships, I decid My car recently gave out on me, which was very unexpected while in the midst of all the natural disasters. After trying two other dealerships, I decided to check out Royal Chevrolet considering my current car was a Chevrolet. When I walked in, Bill met me at the door. I sat down with Bill and explained to him my situation, I need a new car, I didn't have a down payment, and I need it as soon as possible so that I could get back and forth to work. We went to check out the lot and Bill informed me of the current the current deals the dealership had to offer. I test drove a total of 3 cars, in the pouring rain, all which Bill did an amazing job at explaining the features. I settled on a car and we began the process. Unfortuantely, the car I settled on was going to be out of my budget for monthly payments. So we decided to test drive another car which happen to be my favorite car, a dodge charger ,and knew I had to have it. After spending about five hours at the dealership working with Bill, we decided to finish up in the morning once I brought in more documentation. I came back the next morning with my paperwork and insurance quotes. After continuously working with Bill, we managed to get me in my favorite car with payments lower than we anticipated. Bill will make sure everything is in your best interest. He is an extremely friendly person and will make sure that you're completely comfortable through the whole process.
