Worked with Chris Haverstick on the purchase of a 2023 GMC Sierra. Very knowledgeable of the process and answered everything question throughly. He even helped drop my insurance prices a month! I was very disappointed with my experience at this dealership. Upon arrival, the salesperson I spoke with never asked my name or what type of vehicle I was looking for. The two vehicles I came specifically to see were no longer available, and rather than offering to help me find alternatives, the salesperson showed little interest in assisting me further—he didn’t even provide a business card. Left to browse the lot on my own, I encountered another member of the sales staff who was sitting in a golf cart. She made no effort to greet me and simply drove off while smoking a cigarette. After visiting many dealerships, Jordan listened to my plea and had no issue assisting me in finding a solution to repair my 2005 Chevrolet SSR Pickup Truck. He introduced me to one of your mechanics that was familiar with this classic vehicle. His knowledge of and expert troubleshooting was impressive to say the least. Jordan is an excellent communicator who kept me informed during repairs. I picked up my vehicle better then I left it. I did this review because Jordan wouldn’t let me walk away unsatisfied. His can do attitude won me over immediately! Everyone in the service department was professional and treated me with respect every time I visited service. I felt like a new truck owner, but knowing Chevrolet still has a 19 year old truck on the road is a true testimonial they build great vehicles. I’m really not a review customer but felt you needed honest feedback that Parks Chevrolet Huntersville got it right. You all have earned my loyalty.
