We had made an appointment for a test ride and upon arrival We just leased a 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio at this dealership and our experience was great. We had made an appointment for a test ride and upon arrival we were greeted in a very friendly way by Julian our sales consultant and the car was ready to go. Going into the sale process after our test ride was also a great experience because they made the process very easy. We told them what we were looking for and after some negotiations we came to a deal that we felt happy with ( this certainly hasn’t always been the case with previous purchases at other dealerships before!). All in all this was a very low pressure experience at a dealership that seems to take great pride in customer service. We would highly recommend this dealership. More

I wanted a smooth, peaceful, stress and haggle - free experience - one that made me feel at ease and comfortable. Lucky that I went to Parks and met Julian and Kathy. Because of them, I got the experience, and car, that I always wanted. Owning a Spider Classica convertible was a dream come true for me; and it would not have been possible without Julian's professionalism, and dedication to the customer. Kathy met my price with genuine happiness and enthusiasm....when I realized I was going to get the car, I don't know who was happier - me, Julian or Kathy. They stayed with me during every part of the process, never pressured me, and explained every detail. Julian walked me through the nuances of the car, and showed me how to keep up to date using the FIAT app. He also followed up with numerous calls and texts. I highly recommend Parks and Julian Khani! finally pleasant to find a high class dealership usually car shopping is just more pleasant than wooden sticks placed under the fingernails but this dealer proved to be the exception. i negotiated s usually car shopping is just more pleasant than wooden sticks placed under the fingernails but this dealer proved to be the exception. i negotiated strictly via email for purchase of a 2018 alfa romeo and when we all decided on price with trade in i appeared to take possession. my one-on-one experience primarily took place with amit sharma and i can say he is the most pleasant car salesman i have ever met in over 50 years of purchasing new vehicles which covers over 25 new purchases. the dealership is impeccably clean, personnel highly trained, and what i enjoyed most was the patience shown to explain this new vehicle from top to bottom. can't more highly suggest this dealer More
