Yesterday we had the pleasure of making a vehicle purchase from Wilsonville Honda. Alan Worcester was our Sales Associate, and I cannot day enough good things about him. We were shown the vehicles purchase from Wilsonville Honda. Alan Worcester was our Sales Associate, and I cannot day enough good things about him. We were shown the vehicles that suited our needs, we weren’t pressured, or shown everything in stock. We did our research, and knew what we wanted. The Dealership wears kind of busy, but we were in and out in a reasonable amount of time, with the vehicle we wanted. The covered lot was impressive, as it was raining, and nasty, and allowed us to view clean, dry vehicles without getting soaked. I was impressed with the no pressure family feel there. It’s good to see a Car Dealership that has it all figured out. More

An open, honest, respectful car dealership, a pleasant first Taylor helped me buy my new car and I just could not be happier. The test drive, selection, getting financing, all of it was transparent and honest. I didn’t realize respectful and honest dealers and sales existed but Wilsonville Honda is the real deal. I will be going straight back there for my next car. But it will be a while, I love my new car. More
Taylor Reeves WOW You are lucky that Taylor chooses to work for your company Mr. Johnstone. My wife Ashley and I are Real Estate Brokers. We have been in Sales a c You are lucky that Taylor chooses to work for your company Mr. Johnstone. My wife Ashley and I are Real Estate Brokers. We have been in Sales a combined 8 years. I walked back into your dealership in October ‘19 just to get a recall fixed. I thought,”Hey, I wonder what a new accord would cost me monthly?” So I decided to go find a Sales Rep and ask. Keep in mind, I played around with the idea of talking to a sales rep before I actually walked over to the front desk. I was concerned that I would get annoyed with the classic sales tactics that car salesman/women put on. I went for it anyway. I met Taylor. I am a very direct personality. I hate wasting time. So, as I do, I told Taylor exactly what I wanted. I told her, I just want to run my credit to see what the lowest monthly payment I could get for a new basic model Honda Accord. To my surprise, she listened and only communicated and performed what I requested. She politely asked, only once, would you like sit in the car, go for a test drive or even just look at the car? I answered short and directly, Nope. She then only focused on my request. I told her that I don’t it to take to long. She had my credit ran and estimated numbers to me in 15 minutes. Now I know it only takes that long technically anyway, but she could’ve tried to “Sell me” and move e along the proper sales process to lure me to buy that day. She respected my obvious boundaries and just simply did what I asked. Now anyone, can do as they are told. Taylor didn’t just do that. She showcased professionalism with her communication and process. She connected with me personally on an appropriate subject which was my family. I could tell that she wasn’t just trying to connect with me for my business. She was truely and genuinely interested in what I had to say. Now that!, is how you “Build Relationships”. I then walked out of the dealership. I knew I would be back to see her someday. Guess what!!!! Taylor never bothered me through text, email or a phone call. Now you sales manager who is reading this, yes you mr. Sales manager, I am talking to you.......That was exactly what I wanted. I didn’t want her to reach out to me and follow up at all. She read me. She new I was a direct personality and their was no way she could’ve talked me into anything. If I didn’t want a HONDA, I wasn’t buying one. So don’t reprimand her for not following up. ;) Fast flowed to a month and a half later. My wife and I decide, it’s time to buy a new car. We had decided to pass on a Honda this time. So we looked at all other mid-large sizes sedans in the industry. The we went to Subaru. We loved the Legacy. We decided we were going to buy it on 11/14/19. We wanted to sleep on it. Then we woke up and both had a thought. Let’s go to HONDA first. On 11/15/19, we walked in. I had taken a picture of Taylor’s Business Card when I met her last. I pulled up the business card before I walked in because I wanted to ask for her right away. I met Alan, he was cool. He said she won’t be their for about 30 minutes because she starts her shift at 10am. That was a problem. We walked in at 9:30 and we needed to walk out the door at 10:15, no later. He ended up all calling Talyor. He said to us, actually she is on her way in early today and she will be here in two minutes. And she was. I was impressed again by her. It made me trust her even more. She was early. She barely set her purse down and said, I know you have to out of here by 10:15, let’s head to the cars right away. She pulled the car up, my wife and I both went for a drive. Got back to the dealership at 10:00am. We loved the car. I said can you run numbers on this one with my credit and tell me what the payment will be? She made that happen in ten minutes. She looked at her watch and said, I did it. I said, with a confused face, “did what?” She said, “ I got you out of here by 10:15 with a few minutes to spare. At that time I wasn’t even looking at the clock because we were getting excited about the car. Not only did she get everything done we wanted to get done in the time frame but she reminded us that we needed to to leave. And yes, leave with out committing to anything. We told her we would be back around 1:00pm to buy the car. I know how that goes in the car industry according the silly/old school sales tactics. You are NOT supposed to let them leave. Otherwise the chances of them buying is very low. Blah blah blah. We left and drove to our appointment. On the way we talked about how excited we were to buy the car. We also talked a lot about Taylor. We compared her to the salesman at Subaru. I’m not going to name names. That salesman had nothing on Taylor. He was not professional, made me feel rushed, passive aggressively insulted me and did not just answer my direct questions. He would attempt to stay on the old school sales rule book. Ewwwww. Taylor has told us their were two cars that were the exact same that we could buy. The one we test drive had a few very minor blemishes that I noticed. I mentioned that to Taylor. She said, I’ll check the other car for you. She texted me and said, the other car is perfect. Only 7 miles on it to. Not even test driven. She figured out that I was very detailed oriented. We came back at 1:00pm and bought the car. Also, we asked her if she could throw the weather proof matts in for free. She asked. She got back to me and said no. I thought to myself, I believe she advocated for us the best she could. I trust her! We bought the matts anyway. Just know that I am very judgmental critic, to a fault. Taylor, is going places........do your best to keep her around. Thanks Taylor!!! Your rock. :) More
