I was immediately approached by a smiling face and asked if I could be helped. We sat down and I was shown the reasons to buy from Wilsonville Honda followed by being shown a few cars and then offered to te if I could be helped. After the test drive we discussed pricing and options for several different models of the Civic I was set to buy. I was never pressured in anyway and my questions were always answered with a polite friendly attitude. There was even a nice thank you email I received, but I did not get it until I actually bought the car. Anyway, A great experience and hope to do it again in the future. More

I am a satisfied customer of Parker Johnstone's Wilsonville Honda. I just buy a Honda Civie EX-L 2012 from the dealer. Before going to Wilsonville, I already go around Portland and Gresham to look Wilsonville Honda. I just buy a Honda Civie EX-L 2012 from the dealer. Before going to Wilsonville, I already go around Portland and Gresham to look for the car. And in every dealer that I visit, I am treated as a potential victim. Only in Wilsonville Honda, I am treated as a customer. I received a honest up-front price of the car, and very good service. I don't have to play the mind-game with the dealer anymore. The other factor that help me to make the decision to buy the car is Geri Reeves. She is not only a very good representative, but also a very nice lady. She is warm, polite, and thoughtful. Everytime I need help, she is ready to give a hand, both before and after the deal. My wife and I are really impressed about her. If one of my friends wants to buy a Honda, I will definitely tell him/her to go to Parker Johnstone's Wilsonville Honda, and meet Geri. I believe that they will have a very nice experience in there. However, when it came time to pay for the car, the ability of the dealership to conduct business in a professional and businesslike manner was AWFUL. We waited over 2 1/2 hours to get in to see the Finance Manager. When we finally were ushered in to the finance managers office, and, although I expressed my frustration and pique at the delay and stated we would like to get out of the dealership as soon as possible, he proceeded to go through his sales spiel trying to sell us extended warranties,etc, stuff we did not want and had said so at the outset of our meeting! On the day before going in to Wilsonville Honda to purchase the car, I made an appointment. However, the fact that we had an appointment made absolutely no difference. It took 1 1/2 hours for our sales person to finally tell us (after I asked rather emphatically) why we were waiting around in the dealership. They were too busy "working customers" to take our money. Evidently, unless our sales person stood right at the finance managers door, they took whoever was there, regardless of their status or the time spent waiting. Once Gerri asked how long it would be before we were able to pay for the car, we were told "10 minutes." That 10 minutes turned out to be an hour! I considered walking out and, in retrospect, I should have. We arranged to pay cash for the car we purchased and gave the dealership a personal check. We signed an agreement with the dealership that they would hold the check until I could move money into our account to cover the purchase. However, the dealership, with their messed up management and procedures, deposited the check which was returned for "insufficient funds." After I called the finance manager, he corrected the error and has promised to reimburse us for our banks insufficient funds charge. However, the blot on our otherwise flawless credit record with the bank cannot be undone. Wilsonville Honda has been MOST UNPROFESSIONAL and SLOPPY in their business dealings with me throughout this evolution. They have been completely unapologetic, other than correcting the check fiasco described above. I emailed the owner, Parker Johnstone, but have had no reply. Good intentions and nice sales people cannot make up for what is obviously a very poorly managed dealership. One can only imagine what it would be like to take a car to Wilsonville Honda for service or parts. You won't see me there. If the other departments in this dealership are as sloppy and unprofessional as our experience indicates, the car buyer would be well advised to stay away! More

Quite simply put "THE BEST PLACE ON HONDA EARTH" Jennette was very efficiently helpful to my needs and my unemployed pocket book. Don figured out the problem and quickly remedied it. I really appreciated also that I added in an oil change and it was an emergency visit totally unrelated AND, Jennette had a coupon she let me use for the oil change. Given that this a non-negotiating dealership I was reluctant to stop by. The combination of personnel, vehicle choice and a very competitive price (within $200 of my best effort elsewhere) lead me to reluctant to stop by. The combination of personnel, vehicle choice and a very competitive price (within $200 of my best effort elsewhere) lead me to purchasing a 2012 EXL with Nav Accord Coupe. Geri was very pleasant to deal with, the Sales Manager Hugo was stellar. The tipping point was a lot attendant named Joe that provided a superb overview of Accords year by year while my wife and I viewed the inventory after slipping in the side door to look things over on the sly. Overall this was an enjoyable purchasing experience. More
