I live on the east side of Portland, but drive in to Wilsonville whenever I need my car serviced because I have never found another service shop more friendly, honest, or helpful. Absolutely! Excellent customer service, no pressure sales and was extremely helpful. The predetermined pricing creates a very customer friendly environment. Overall expercience was exception the second I walked in the door. No backdoor "let me go talk to the man" stuff. Terri was very upfront and showed me the entire listings of cars she had that day and the the door. No backdoor "let me go talk to the man" stuff. Terri was very upfront and showed me the entire listings of cars she had that day and the bottom line pricing they could offer. She explained that was the lowest they could go, no exceptions. Couple that with a report of the 5 closest similiar cars being 2-4k more in price, I was sold. Great experience, would highly recommend. More
Our best car buying experience ever! I came in on Saturday to by some tune up parts for my old Honda and while I was there I looked at a new Accord on the showroom floor. A very nice young lady, Nic Saturday to by some tune up parts for my old Honda and while I was there I looked at a new Accord on the showroom floor. A very nice young lady, Nicole Friswold, asked if I had any questions & gave me a brochure for the Accord. The next day my wife and I came back to look at the Accords and asked for Nicole. Well, we did the test drive, liked the car & Nicole answered all of our questions. (I think I asked a few of the same questions twice). We wanted a Red Accord EX-L and they were able to locate one and get it the next day. Nicole jumped through hoops for us, providing customer service like I've never seen before at a car dealership or anywhere else. We were so impressed. So we signed some papers and picked up our new Accord the next day. And it gets better! When we came to pick up the car, Nicole showed us how the buttons work and programmed in radio stations as well as some other settings. The next day she called me just to see how we liked the car. WOW! Thanks Nicole and Wilsonville Honda More
On N0v 23, 2012 I brought my 1997 Honda Accord in for an oil leak around the oil filter housing. It wa worked on by Mitch G. work order no or your ro number is 6028991/1. Cost was 259.00 to change an o r oil leak around the oil filter housing. It wa worked on by Mitch G. work order no or your ro number is 6028991/1. Cost was 259.00 to change an o ring. Ok fair enough. Wheni picked up my car I was told the following things. (see your work order to verify} 1`. Upper radiator hose collapsed. Recommend to starty with replacing upper and lower radiator hoses, and thermostat. Response: Car was hit in front end in 2010. Hoses replaced and new fluid added. Hose collapsed? Funny no one i showed it to cold or warm could see any signs of collapsing. 2. Front brakes 1 mm and rotors are at minimum thickness. Response : I have saved the pads and rotors to show everyone what that really looks like. Pads are at about half and rotors are not even close to specs. 3. Recommend transmission fluid flush, power steering flush, and brake fluid flush. Response Maybe Now for the additional stuff: 1. Rt front wheel stud was cross threaded, and broke stud off when i removed wheel. thats what started this. 2. front wheels were so loose . Just barely hand tight. Dangerous ? 3. Pads are not close to worn out, look for youself. 4. Rotors : see above. Now More
Our car was totaled in an accident earlier in December so we were looking to replace our 2004 Ford Taurus. I started doing research on the Internet and found several makes/models of cars and came across a ca we were looking to replace our 2004 Ford Taurus. I started doing research on the Internet and found several makes/models of cars and came across a car they had that matched what I was looking for and contacted them online. Dale Winterfield wrote me back with extensive details of the car including that it was a single owner, lease vehicle and included many pictures. They also said that they had no haggle pricing which caught my eye as I HATE to haggle! Another thing was that the price was much lower than other like models and had much lower mileage! We were actually on our way to an appointment at another dealer when I received the email on my ipad ( don't worry I wasn't driving 8) ) and we were close so after seeing the price/mileage we decided to stop in and were we ever glad. I had Psyched myself up for hard sales and game playing but we found NONE of that. In fact we later found out from our sales rep that they are not on commission! Nicole Friswold was extremely friendly and used NO manipulation whatsoever! Because I had done research ahead of time we only drove the car we purchased. The car was extremely clean and was in brand new condition even though it was a 2008. I would definitely use this dealer again and would highly them. Oh, and did I mention they have fresh baked cookies for their customers? More
I had gone to many different dealerships looking for a good used car that I liked (I found I am very picky) and at most places I told them what I was looking for, what my price range was, and what car I h good used car that I liked (I found I am very picky) and at most places I told them what I was looking for, what my price range was, and what car I had in mind if I had found one online at their location. I found that at most plases if I had a car in mind they would presure me to drive it right away before I had a chance to look it over. I also found that most places showed me things over my budget and not what I was looking for. Telling me that "if I just drive it I will love it" This became very frusterating, dissuraging, and over all exhausting. When I went to Parker Johnstone Wilsonville Honda I had a car in mind and Michael showed me that car and the others in my budget he was friendly and laid back. He asked if he could pull the car outside so we could look at it in detail. He never pushed me to drive it, he never reminded me that "it's a used car so it isnt perfect" unlike most other salesmen. He just let me go over the car (extensively I might add). He just answered my questions and when I was ready to drive he said ok how far do you want to go. He was very easy and comfortable to work with. I didnt feel presured or obligated to buy the car. My experierce with him was over all amazing! I would deffinatly recomend a friend to shop their, and like I said I am ver picky. I also dont usually write reviews. I just had to cause I was so suprised at how great of an experience I had. More
Our family has expanded and we were looking for a Honda Odyssey. We were debating on new or used, since there were no changes made to the Odyssey after 2011. My husband did an online search and saw a use Odyssey. We were debating on new or used, since there were no changes made to the Odyssey after 2011. My husband did an online search and saw a used 2011 Odyssey with very low miles at Parker Johnstone. We had already test drove the 2013 at another dealership and were planning to go back the last week of the year to buy when the price dropped more, but we decided to look at the 2011. Parker Johnstone Pros: --The car was beautiful, was thoroughly inspected and they offered a great warranty on their certified used cars. --The auto had very low miles. --There was no difference between driving the 2011 compared to the 2013. --Someone else took the hit on depreciation. --Merry Hope was wonderful. She was friendly, helpful, and interested in making a sale. We spent a great deal of time with her and she has great interpersonal skills. We were conversing and it was never strained or awkward; she made us feel very comfortable. Parker Johnstone Cons: --The process took a long time. A lot longer than we have ever experienced at any other dealership. --We had to take 2 days to complete the transaction (somewhere between 5 to 6 hours overall) when it should have taken just a few hours on one day. --The dealer would have received a perfect score from us except for their Used Car Sales Manager Hugo. We had an old trade-in but we had done our research online and at another dealership to see what would be a reasonable price. Also, Parker Johnstone itself has you fill out an online form that has you list the condition of your car/year/make/features, etc. We received the quote and it was lower than our research or what the other dealership had said but we expected that because Merry let us know that often the quotes from that site often come in on the lower end. However, Hugo determined that we should receive less than 1/2 of that quote. He informed Merry that the car ran rough (which it doesn't), and had a ding in a panel, and a bent bumper (all things we listed on the online form and the other dealership had no problem with). But the most insulting part was when he informed Merry that the car smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Neither my husband nor I smoke. We can't stand the smell of smoke, our friends and family don't smoke and there has never been a smoker in the car. At that point, and almost 2 hours into it, we left. It felt like Hugo was going to come up with anything he possibly could to give us next to nothing on a trade-in. Back to the pros: --Merry called us that night and apologized for Hugo (we never spoke to him). She said that she could tell we were not smokers and discussed the situation with Hugo and her sales manager. They determined that when Hugo went out to look over our car and he turned on the A/C smoke smell blew into the car but it must have been because there was a smoker outside by the car (an odd mistake for an experienced employee to make) and she offered us the full price we were asking for our trade-in. --So we came back the next day. Merry was very busy but she was still attentive and made us feel like we were important even though she was also working with another couple. --They have a great kids area upstairs that has books and toys. We truly appreciated that when we had to bring our 3 children with us on the 2nd day to complete the transaction. --Their Finance Manager Trevyn was great. He was knowledgeable and although we had gotten ourselves pre-approved with a low rate from our credit union, he saved us a quarter point by finding a lower rate through a different credit union. Overall, it was a good experience and we would likely purchase through them again. More
