Several great deals an incentives have worked out for us, but the best part of working with Honda in Wilsonville is that the staff take such good care of us. Not just the usual dealership experience. A shuttle of course, ability to wait in comfort with optional cookies and coffee, friendly people. All of these things are great. But we have also received help in a couple tough situations where we ended up saving an important amount of money. We will definitely continue with Parker Johnstone's Honda! More

We had been getting along with just one car for a year, when my wife saw a new Honda CRZ driving along on the freeway, and called me saying I should look into this fun-looking hybrid sports car. We went to Parker Johnstone's Wilsonville Honda and worked with Nichole Friswold. She was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, showed us the two they had on their lot, and sent us out on a test drive. I wanted a color and trim level they didn't have there, so Nichole worked with her team and found the car I wanted, and made the arrangements to acquire it for me. In the meantime, Nichole made special arrangements for a loaner car for us. It was Christmas time, and we needed the extra car for a few weeks due to our house guests. Nicole arranged for us to keep the loaner car until I took delivery of my new car. This was a tremendous help to us, and we are grateful to Nichole, her team, and Parker Johnstone's Wilsonville Honda for being so generous to us with the loaner car while we waited for our new car. One of my main attractions to the Honda CRZ is the relatively low price for the wonderful technology & quality workmanship packed into this car. This is my 5th new car purchase in 15 years. My family needed a van and we decided on the Odyssey. Wilsonville Honda was the closest to my office so I stopped in to drive one. She took me out for a no pressure/hassle test drive and afterward gave me a quote (quickly) for both leasing and buying options. All of this was no hassle/no pressure, no back and forth with the manager. The price they quoted me right out of the gate was fairly competitive. The last three cars I have bought have been through VIP/Family and Friends programs and have all been below invoice. Dealing with Wilsonville Honda was basically just as easy and although I paid slightly over invoice, they simply gave me a competitive price out the door price with no hidden costs/surprises. I had to pay for a dealer package but of course you need floor mats with your car! I got did get a $300 lower price from another dealer but was not so sure there would not be something "hidden" in there that would bump it up. Comparing my OTD price with others on Edmunds and KBB forums, I know I got a fair price. I did not try to beat them up on price so not sure if they would have worked with me on that, but as I said, their initial price was fair and the interest rate made it a good deal for me. As well, they gave me a great price on my trade. I told them I needed X amount to make a dealer trade worth it (after their intial offer) and they agreed no problem. Best trade-in experience I have ever had by far. They did not have my color in stock so Nichole went and picked up the color I wanted from a dealer swap and got me the car I wanted quickly and without any additional destination fee or issue. Nichole was great, everyone I dealt with at the dealer was great from finance to reception and I would tell anyone who is looking for a new Honda to give Wilsonville Honda their business. I checked out some other local dealers and they were fine but Wilsonville and Nichole made this deal easy, fast and stress free. Great, easy car buying experience. More

Fair prices, no hassle, no closers, no salespeople, no commissions, and their best price up front. Also the opportunity to appraise your own trade in through AutoTrader. They totally delivered in all these areas. A few months later when I was ready to purchase a new SUV, I decided to give them a try. When I walked into the dealership, Michael Kinsman asked me if he could be of help, I told him I was there to test drive a CRV, I showed him exactly what I wanted from building my CRV on line. I felt totally at ease with Michael and appreciated his quiet demeanor, his honesty and integrity, I felt totally comfortable with Michael in his calming presence. Michael was very patient, knowledgeable and friendly. When I told Michael I wanted to test drive another vehicle at a different dealership there was absolutely no hassle or pressure to buy from him. I did decide on the CRV because of the research that I had done, regarding the safety, history of the Honda, along with the higher trade in value down the line. The price he gave me was actually lower than the auto broker that I had been planning to use through the credit union. They also had a better loan rate than the credit union, and my trade in was much more than I thought I would be able to get for my 9 year old car. Besides the other dealership was not as friendly nor as welcoming along with a higher price for pretty much the same options for a similar SUV . Michael spent a lot of time going over my new car, he told me to be sure to give him a call if I had any questions or concerns. A few days later he made a follow up call to be sure everything was going well. I would definitely recommend MIchael and this dealership, everyone was very nice and I felt no pressure. I love my new CRV, it is perfect for me. More

I liked the dealership -- saw Michael right away and didn't get passed along to others. I test drove the car (CR-V) a couple of times before I could decide. He was always supportive, helpful. I needed a car right away, and wanted one with Navigation system, etc. And that is where they found the closest one. I appreciated the service I got from Mr. Kinsman. I test drove the same vehicle at a Toyota dealership near my home; the experience was painful. Sales staff was not good or familiar with the vehicle i was interested in, and they were not listening to me at my home; the experience was painful. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by Terri and it was not forced or uncomfortable, like at the Toyota dealership, so i felt immediately more at ease. Terri went over the process clearly, and was right on the money as far as the experience. i would highly recommend Terri without hesitation. We saw Trevyn for financing and he got us a better deal than expected, as far as the APR. And all i had to do was say i wasn't interested in any added on warranties or anything like that, and he didn't bring it up again; he let me know my options and then let me feel good with my decisions. This was the most positive car buying experience i've had to date, and i'm 48 years old! I am so excited about my truck purchase. Thanks Wilsonville Honda!!! More
