I got online prior to going in to this dealership to check out the reviews. They were so good that I confess I was a little suspicious that maybe some of the employees had made up their own. After my positive experience today, I know they are legit. I went in to test drive a 2011 Kia sedona with Zak. He was friendly, informative, and most of all laid back. He showed me comparable vehicles in my price range and never tried to up sell me. He was also honest when I asked his opinion of Kia's (he told me the good and the bad). I had my two young boys with me, which turned out to be the most stressful part of the experience, but they do have a great playroom that helped! I had to wait in Wilsonville for my husband to get off work to check it out, so it turned out to be a LOOOOONG day, as he couldn't get there until almost closing time. He was patient while my husband took HIS turn asking questions/checking it out/comparing vehicles. By the time we decided to buy it, the kids were at the end of their rope and I was near mine! However, the whole process took 30 minutes uses or less. It was so fast! I kept waiting for the "hard sell"...NONE! Best car buying experience of my life. I also appreciate their bottom price guarantee, absolutely no haggling (although my husband had to test this repeatedly, Zak showed zero sign of irritation which cannot be said the same about me). My car looks almost brand new and I feel i got it for a very good price, and actually ended up spending under budget. I will absolutely use this dealership in the future, as will my poor mom who came with me and discovered she could have bought her recently purchased Honda Fit for less. They also get extra gold stars for putting up with my exhausted, hungry,whiny, little xxxxxxx! More

I had an excellent experience with Wilsonville Honda. I had dealt with Terri Jennings on a previous visit while having my old car serviced, when I was looking to have some window tinting installed. At that time, she was helpful and set up an appointment with the service department. She gave me her business card, and told me that if I had any further questions, to give her a call. When I was ready for a new car, I decided to go to the dealership's website to check on prices and availability of a 2013 Civic Si sedan. I was able to chat with Dale Winterfield through a pop up window. I had indicated to him that I wasn't sure that they could get me get into a new vehicle since I felt I was a bit top heavy on my current loan, and felt that I owed more than the trade-in value of the vehicle. He said that I could come in and discuss it with a sales rep. When I arrived, the receptionist told me that Dale was tied up, but would get to me as soon as he could. It was refreshing to find out that it ended up only being about 10 minutes. He introduced me to a very nice gentleman, but I'm very sorry that I can't remember his name, because I wanted to thank him for his professionalism. I say this, because while I was about to tell him my situation, I happened to see Terri walking by. I waved and said hello. The gentleman asked if I knew Terri, at which I told him yes. He told me that I should deal with her instead of him. To me, that speaks volumes about the professionalism of the sales staff. He could have easily taken the sale for himself, but he turned it over to someone else. The long and the short of it is this: I was very pleased with the way I was treated at this dealership. I would like to especially thank Terri for being a consummate professional. She was very knowledgable and patient, as well as genuinely helpful through the entire process. I have been to dealerships where buying a car was about as fun as going to the dentist for a root canal, and took 10 times longer. Not at Wilsonville Honda. I also was able to lease a new vehicle with payments close the what I was currently paying. I would definitely recommend them to friends, family, or co-workers. More

Best Overall Experience I have had in 30 Years of purchasing my new or used vehicles at a Dealership. There absolutely was no hassles, no schemes, and no games over the price. My total experience was above board and I had access to the vehicles inception records so i was able to see for myself if the vehicle was accepted with any maintenance issues or what the Dealer had to repair. I arrived with my typical attitude of I am going to have to fight with the sales manager to get the deal I demand and this was not the case. I had a great feeling and experience from the time I entered and was allowed many opportunities to continue more test driving of my used vehicle. I inspected every inch of this vehicle without interruptions from my sales person and I was never rushed to close the deal. When I was ready I stated I am absolutely happy and lets close this deal. I mean the #5 scores I rated and truly hope other dealers would adopt this style for customers. For the first time after my purchase I didn't sulk all afternoon with buyers remorse wishing I had haggled the price lower. I actually drove around for 3 hours Saturday afternoon enjoying my car instead of explaining to my wife all the fighting I had to go through to get this car. I just purchased my new Honda Civic from Wilsonville Honda and they were awesome!!! I worked with both Bob Vestal and Zac Dreyer, and they were both fabulous! The next day I came back and worked with Zac, who helped me to find more cars to consider and test drive, and to buy the car I chose. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had!! It was easy and pleasant and fun! They did all the work for me! All I had to do was enjoy looking at and test driving the cars I was considering and then choose the car I bought! There was no pressure to buy, as I had experienced at other dealerships in the past. Zac was professional and easy going and fun! He was very accomodating and made sure I got the car I wanted at a fair price, and even programmed my new car to get it set up for me. Terri made sure the experience was perfect for me and had great attention to detail. She even had the car cleaned multiple times because she wanted it spotless for me!
