Speed sensor replaced. Rear wheel speed sensor went out. Dealership sent a truck to Cadiz to pick the vehicle. Speed sensor was replaced and slow leak in tire was fixed. Ser Rear wheel speed sensor went out. Dealership sent a truck to Cadiz to pick the vehicle. Speed sensor was replaced and slow leak in tire was fixed. Service was performed quickly at a reasonable price. Will continue to have my 2016 Ford Escape serviced by Parker Ford. More

Fun place to visit and shop I took my C-Max to Parker Ford for routine service. I had not had any service performed during the virus isolation period and did not know what to ex I took my C-Max to Parker Ford for routine service. I had not had any service performed during the virus isolation period and did not know what to expect. I called and made an appointment as recommended. When I arrived, the service manager met me at the entrance (remaining over 6 feet away) and had the paperwork in hand while he asked if there was any problems or concerns while they were doing the service. He said it would be less than an hour and asked if I would like a vehicle to drive. I elected to wait and went across the street and sat in an open area while watching the activity. I was greeted by David Parker, the principal and his general manager Wende while I was waiting. They wanted to be sure I was being taken care of and asked if I needed transportation. I find it very nice to be appreciated and recognized. I was addressed by name and enjoyed the conversation. Cody, the service manager came to me when the service was complete, about 45 minutes, and gave me the form to sign and told me the car had been cleaned and wiped down. I continue to be impressed by Parker Ford with their sales and service as well as personal attention. I trust them to take care of the vehicles which I purchase, and I have purchased cars and trucks from them for over 18 years. More
