We have not bought a new car in 10 years. We understand the sales process has changed due to supply chain issues and COVID-19, but what we experienced was totally unacceptable. I recently retired and I’m looking for a new luxury SUV. We spent 20 to 30 minutes looking around the lot and in the show room, which was fine, before anyone even acknowledged us. From that point on, however, the experience went downhill - fast. It never felt like our sales person listened to us, understood our questions or gave us reasonable answers. Once we got to the vehicle we were interested in there was already a sales person with another couple looking. Our sales person got tired of waiting and just left us there to mill about. When the other couple was done looking their sales person locked the car and walked away, leaving us standing there totally bewildered. We left, and will never go back. More

With Dennis, the whole experience was so wonderful. Knowledgable, professional, etc. etc. I can't say enough good things about Dennis. I looked at new vehicles, I found a certified used one at this location. Dennis did not try to steer me to the new models once I found the car I liked. Great paperwork, etc. experience.
