My wife and I went in to Park Place Lexus looking for a new car for her we spoke with Courtney in which she was very friendly at first. Then I started to see her attitude change when I pointed out that the new car for her we spoke with Courtney in which she was very friendly at first. Then I started to see her attitude change when I pointed out that the Lincoln dealer next door was giving us $2000.00 on our trade in and she was giving us $200.00 and that the interest rate was 3.49 % at Lincoln and 6.49% at Lexus we left there and went back to Lincoln to see which dealer would give us the best deal. And Courtney called my wife on her cell phone and I answered instead and then she wanted us back to make us a deal and I told her I was just there for her deal. Courtney couldn't tell me what deal unless I was there and then her attitude changed and Courtney said she is not going to compete with Lincoln as if she was sitting on a island. I hung up . What Courtney doesn't understand is she is in competition with Lincoln, BMW,Cadillac, all those dealers next door to Lexus. Maybe one day she will understand she isn't that special. More
I will purchase all of my future Lexuses from Park Place Lexus because of Amy Fink. I have never had a sales person be so nice and not pressure me. I’ve had some really bad experiences in the past. First, I will note that I have bought 4 Lexus vehicles at Park Place over 20 years and have had all my services performed at the Grapevine location despite the higher prices. I was a dedicated Park Place customer and touted the great service to my family and friends. I recently brought in my RX350 for maintenance (100k). It is supposed to include Replace engine oil and oil filter, Rotate tires and Replace engine coolant. In addition, my TPMS monitor light was on despite me checking the tires for proper pressure. After the “inspection”, I was notified that my front tires were 4” and rear were 7” and a recommendation was to replace the front 2 tires. I declined as the 7” would be in front for the FWD and I’d replace all 4 at the next service interval. No mention of the TPMS. After paying for the services supposedly performed, I returned home and noticed that TPMS was still on and again no mention was made despite the promise of “inspection” of an important safety feature. In addition, I looked at the tires and noticed that the 4” were still in front. Ie, the rotation never happened. I was concerned as I paid for and specifically expected the rotation that did not occur. I responded to both the follow up agent and service manager's emails asking for feedback (and of course a good survey response) to inform them both that the tires were not rotated as expected/paid for. The agent responded she would “pass along to her manager”. No response from service manager (it's been a week) I was expecting some type of quick response to make it right. Mistakes happen, but responsiveness makes the difference. Now I’m concerned whether the oil was really changed? Was the coolant really changed? Or does Park Place Grapevine perpetrate fraud on customers? Was it because I didn’t buy the tires? Is it because my car is a 2014 CPO and not a new one? I don’t know any of this other than I paid for a service not performed and got no response when I notified your team. The trust is lost. Needless to say, this is a total and complete failure in customer service. I have no trust that Park Place does what it says and possibly steals people money for services not performed. I will now become a Sewell customer going forward and share my experience to hopefully help others avoid your fraudulent business practices and lack of prompt corrective response. I’m amazed that Park Place (used) to tout their Malcolm Baldridge awards for quality and service. MY…how far Park Place has fallen. I guess business is so good it doesn’t matter. Free coffee/soda is not enough. More

In response, let me say that my purchase experience at Park Place Lexus Grapevine far exceeded simply enjoyable, and yes, exceeded my expectations! You have a secret weapon in the Grapevine branch, her name is Amy Fink. I was casually browsing through online offerings for a used Cadillac SRX and spotted the offering there. I live in Lubbock, 350+ miles east, but the car perked my interest, so I called. Ms. Fink took my call and from that moment on, I became more and more impressed. Every question, every request, was met quickly and she made multiple trips to visit the car and verify details, take pictures and make videos that I used to make the decision. The only issue I had was getting to Grapevine via airplane, where Amy said she would pick me up and take me to the dealership to buy the car. Easy Peasy. Problem was then exiting Ft. Worth in 18 lanes of 80 MPH traffic to make my way west and home. Not my idea of a good time on the freeway. I jokingly asked Amy if y’all (I’m from Denver, CO, just learning to speak Texan) had a delivery service. She quickly replied that she would personally deliver the car if I would only furnish her a plane ticket back to DFW (which I agreed to). Saved the day and the sale, not sure if I would have purchased the car because of the trip back. We arranged a meeting place in Lubbock, Amy arrived on time, with the car in beautiful shape (kudos to the prep team), we closed the deal and I got her to the airport for her return trip. Personable, professional, knowledgeable and provided the best experience (and I’ve had many) I ever had buying any car! Truly an asset to your Dealership. She’s a winner! Thanks, Tim Rash More

And, we appreciated his business acumen and how he processed the deal for a win-win for both parties. Plus, we drove up from Houston, had an appointment, test drove the vehicle, and consummated the deal in a timely fashion. Lexus vehicles practically sell themselves; however it takes folks like Ezell to manage the process and put the customer at ease.
