Since I left the dealership on Saturday, I had been going over in my head the best way to describe my experience and couldn't wait to fill out a revie Since I left the dealership on Saturday, I had been going over in my head the best way to describe my experience and couldn't wait to fill out a review card for Brian Safianow. However this morning, there are not enough words to express how I feel! The service was exceptional, superior, phenomenal, unprecedented, singular! From the moment we walked in, Brian gave us a tour and beamed with pride of his dealership, mentioning recent renovations to make things more comfortable for customers to team dealership meetings. Brian really listened to what we had come in for and talked to us about our options. He was honest and straight forward and handled anything that could cause anxiety. I so love that Park Place doesn't give you the run around from 8 different people - I only spoke to, worked with Brian. He took care of the phone calls, the financial aspect and made it very stress-free.
