I moved to Texas 2 1/2 years ago and was in need of a vehicle. Initially I had gone to a different dealership and my experience there was terrifying. I felt pressured by the salesman and his manager, I couldn't trust them.I got there excited and left a nervous wreck. Lucky for me, my boyfriend had been a Lexus customer back in Miami so he met with a salesman and leased a second time at the Grapevine location upon moving. He called Mr.Kevin Cleveland, explained my situation and he told us to come right on over. We LOVE Kevin! He took care of us in a way I never expected. Every time we've needed to stop by it has an absolute pleasure to sit and talk with him. He always takes the time to ask how we're doing before just getting straight to business.
