I visited three different Lexus dealerships to find my next car. First stop, the Lexus dealership on Lemmon Ave. in Dallas, TX. Unfortunately, this location did not have my choice vehicle. With nothing more to do this day, I visited the Lexus dealership in Plano, TX. This location had a nice selection of Lexus models, however, majority of the colors where black, white, and gray. Still on the hunt for a Lexus that I love, I visited the third Lexus location in Grapevine, TX. At this particular location, I found a number of Lexus vehicles that varied in both color, model, and styles. Even more, I met the most patient, engaging, personable, yet professional car salesman of all time. Derrick Nicholson was absolutely amazing! He was exceptionally knowledgeable about each vehicle that I expressed interest in and after three short road trips, he had the foresight of which vehicle I would ultimately chose. I was so impressed. Mr. Nicholson has changed my perception of a 'car salesman'. He made every single accommodation to ensure I had a hassle-free experience (to include car selection, credit review, financing, and driving away).
