I first contacted the dealership through the internet and received an immediate reply inviting me to come in and/or schedule an appointment at my convenience. Ned helped with directions when I missed the directions and then met us at the door. He and Molly explained they would be working together and they made us feel welcome, listened to our questions and responed with knowledge, professional courtesy and genuine interest in what best fit our desires, lifestyle and budget! Really, it became a no-brainer that if a deal could be made, we would want to make it at Park Place Lexus Grapevine. And, we did the following day! When our car arrived every detail was presented, explained thoroughly and the car was detailed, perfect and a joy to drive home.
