Well I have to say, Park Place was recommended to me by a family member, and he spoke extremely highly of Park Place Lexus. The old saying goes..."If it sounds to good to be true, then you better watch out.. family member, and he spoke extremely highly of Park Place Lexus. Anyway, the actual day I arrived, Ezell met me outside at my car, he already had several cars for me to look at, in several different price ranges. I didn't have to haggle or anything, all I had to do was choose, that was very refreshing. Now here's the great part, while I was sitting in the office at Ezell's desk, at least 10 otherpeople came by to visit, introduced themselves and spoke for a few minutes, they ask if I needed something to drink or if there was anything they could do for me while I waited...it was like being at a high end resort. Now here's the fun part, once I, well my wife chose the car, it only took about 30 minutes for the transaction....that was unbelievable, which left plenty of time to get to know our sales consultant. Now he had a couple waiting to purchase as well, he didn't hurry us off so he could make the sale to them, he worked with us both at the same time, he helped them and continued to speak with us. He was great. Anyway, I was ask if I would recommend Park Place Lexus to friends, family or associates, absolutely, I would send them anywhere else.
