We were in and out in 10 minutes. That's just not heard of. She wasn't pushy trying to sell extended warranties. We would ask a question and she would answer. How nice. I know the reputation of Park Place because of an experience I had about 10 years ago. I had a 1987 300 SDL Mercedes that had a recall on the turbo charger. The car had over 100,000 miles on it. I drove into Park Place in Dallas and I was treated like a queen. I have been to other dealerships since then and I know for a fact I was never treated like my business was special. I took my car in for service and would sit in the waiting area while several employees would pass by and not even speak. I guess my business wasn't that important. I'm glad I found my way back home.
