This is my third Lexus purchase at this dealership. He had it brought over and cleaned up so I was ale to take it home that day. He also helped to find me financing that was less than I had planned through my credit union. Both were wonderful, I didn't feel like a customer, I felt like they really wanted to get to know me and help. It was a very personable experience. I am glad to be joining the Park Place family! Matt Ferris was very thorough and helpful. He really went the extra mile in a couple of specific ways: We had taken an overnight test drive of an Infiniti from a dealership in Euless. Later, I realized we had left our CDs in the stereo of the old Lexus we'd traded in. A call to Matt and he located the car, retrieved the CDs for us and kept them in his office where we later picked them up. If that was not the case we would obviously not repeat the relationship. Josh and all the people at Park Place Lexus in Grapevine have always been helpful, attentive and unfailingly polite when we have interacted. They truly want each experience with them to be world class and in the experience of both my wife and myself they achieve this goal. We do not feel that we must be on guard or combative in this relationship and that has never been our experience in general when dealing with a car dealership. We simply tell them what we need and they try to help us achieve our goals. What could be better than that? I have referred friends to them in the past and will continue to do so in the future. I had not intended to purchase an automobile at the time of my visit. The time Mike took explaining all the aspects of "her" new car after the sale and at delivery was amazing. When one's wife is sold, you are sold. At this point I would have to say things could not have been better. She loves her new auto and at this point has not allowed me to drive it.
