In late May I decided to buy my youngest of four children a newer used car. I note this to assure that I've bought many used cars at many dealerships throughout DFW over the past 15 years. Heading home from our day-long quest, we decided to visit Park Place Lexus and soon after arriving we met Matt. We shared with Matt our budget and goals. At first blush it was obvious that Park Place did not have anything within our budget, but we continued to discuss with Matt the options, their inventory, and observed the culture at Park Place and Matt's causal but pro-active nature. Glad we did!! We closed a deal on a 2 year old car still under manufacturers warranty; higher than our planned budget, but well worth the price. Matt did an excellent job in listening to our needs, presenting his inventory, and very patiently working through the process. We took the car home that evening.
