This is my third Lexus purchase at this dealership. He had it brought over and cleaned up so I was ale to take it home that day. He also helped to find me financing that was less than I had planned through my credit union. A call to Matt and he located the car, retrieved the CDs for us and kept them in his office where we later picked them up. If that was not the case we would obviously not repeat the relationship. Josh and all the people at Park Place Lexus in Grapevine have always been helpful, attentive and unfailingly polite when we have interacted. They truly want each experience with them to be world class and in the experience of both my wife and myself they achieve this goal. We do not feel that we must be on guard or combative in this relationship and that has never been our experience in general when dealing with a car dealership.
