I hate the process of going to a dealership to shop for a car. This is our 3rd Lexus we have leased with Park Place and our 2nd car we have leased using John Schock as our sales consultant. John was great. He worked with me on identifying which vehicle I wanted and then when it came time to negotiate on the cost - I gave him the figure I wanted and he made the numbers work. The no pressure environment was fantastic. And of course, nothing beats the Park Place commitment to client service and satisfaction. I have always brought my Lexus vehicles to Park Place but now they have definitely made me a customer for life. More
