John was great. He worked with me on identifying which vehicle I wanted and then when it came time to negotiate on the cost - I gave him the figure I wanted and he made the numbers work. The no pressure environment was fantastic. And of course, nothing beats the Park Place commitment to client service and satisfaction. I have always brought my Lexus vehicles to Park Place but now they have definitely made me a customer for life. More
