The beautiful building really makes you feel comfortable and relaxed the whole way through the process, and the sales associate I worked with, Shane Welter, did absolutely everything to maintain the positivity. Everyone was cordial, my trade-in value was very fair, and I came out with the car I wanted (2012 Cadillac SRX) in only a few short hours. Shane even priority mailed my plates to my address so I didn't have to make the two hour drive back to the dealership. Outstanding staff, good prices on pre-owned vehicles, and free soda fountain!! I found the car I wanted on the Park Place website and contacted them 1st thing in the morning and Mark Griffiths answered and was very helpful confirming that the car was available. I told him that I was on my way from Temple Tx and would be there in 2.5 hrs. When I got there, Mark was very helpful and friendly and Mark was involved in the whole buying experience. I got the car that I wanted and the whole buying experience was pleasurable and smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend Mark Griffiths, and Park Place! More

Ned was a great listener, we agreed on a fair win-win price very short time :). I appreciated that Tom and Ned listened and made the whole process very pleasant and efficient which was just the way I wanted. AFTER SALE, Ned followed up to check how is my car and if I have any questions. Today 8/6, I came to put my licence plate on my car and check for the Illuminated door light on the back . My experience was so positive a couple of years ago, that what started out as purchasing a car for myself, ended up including another one for my wife. I have recently just purchased my third vehicle from them and can honestly say this experience was just as good as my last, if not better. I received better financing, a great trade-in, first class delivery service and all around wonderful experience. I never expected such ease in purchasing my car.
