Dealing with Rob was like dealing with a long family friend. He talked to me like a man and let me make up my own mind. Rob sent me over to Randi Squier to finish up the paperwork and she was outstanding. She was very knowledgeable and professional. If it bothered her that we were there so late, she didn't let it show. She was all smiles and double checked everything so I didn't have to come back later. Park Place Lexus Grapevine is hands down the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. With owned over 50 cars and trucks in my life, I've dealt with my fair share of dealers. Thank You Rob, Randi and Park Place for such a great experience. I will be shopping here again. More

I was treated like an intelligent human being and there was absolutely no pressure involved. I felt that the staff bent over backwards to find the vehicle at the price I could afford. I was very comfortable with the salesman, Terry Hough. He is down to earth and makes you feel like family. He did everything possible to help me find the vehicle of my dreams. I LOVE my Lexus and enjoy driving it every day. I highly recommend Terry Hough and the entire staff of Park Place. My days of dreading a visit to a car dealership (because of the way I have been treated in the past) are over. Park Place is definitely worthy of all the awards they have received.
