Despite having been thru a day of further training Josue brought my 'new' Lexus to me with a nice bottle of champagne and spent upwards of two hours helping familiarize me with yet an unbelievable number of amenities and took the time to download Lexus app, sync with my phone, program my radio stations, showing me voice commands, and even going in my garage to reach up and program the garage door. All this prior to him taking my rental back to another place. It left me so amazed that I wanted to let everyone know.
