Greetings Tom, I don't believe you value the me the way I should be valued. In fact, you value the customer by exploiting a loophole that exists between car dealerships and insurance companies. I'll go into that in greater detail. Yes, you provided photos. Those photos did not show any visible damage.You even admitted that in our conversations over the phone. Yes the insurance company sent an adjuster many days later. (Well after my possession of the vehicle? Isn't it possible for someone to cause damage to a car (That I wasn't allowed to see after the alleged damage) after it was there for days after my possession. So here's the example of the loophole. Car dealerships understand and know they can take advantage of situations like this. They know they don't have to prove that the damage was caused by their customer. They can wait days for an adjuster to show up and assign the responsibility of any supposed damage after the possession of the car is transferred back to the dealership. They also know that the insurance company rather settle than go to court to deal with this issue. I do not want to reach out to you because I already did. The public needs to know that your team member refused to show me the damage the day he accused me of causing damage to the car. An adjuster came back to the dealership multiple days after I left the car. Who knows who did what to any car after the car was given up?
