Our service was horrible and I will not return to grapevine location after this mishap. The service center damaged all 4 of my wheels and claim the damage was already there because it’s “smooth to th grapevine location after this mishap. The service center damaged all 4 of my wheels and claim the damage was already there because it’s “smooth to their touch” however, it wasn’t and was not even notated in their own walk around. Simply put, damage was not previously there. The service manager, Travis, was not helpful he just insisted on his own made up scenarios as to how the damage “may have” happened. Instead of practicing honesty, Travis would rather cover up his departments failures and blame the customer. This customer service experience has been tacky, distasteful, degrading, and expensive, as I will be put out for the cost it takes to repair damaged caused by your service center. Jordan Case should definitely be made aware of who he has representing his business. More

When I took my car in for the 18 month service I still had an issue with rough shifting, so they took extra time to do tests and the outcome was to replace the entire transmission on my car.
