Worst consignment sales experience imaginable. I’ve come to learn my nightmare experience with Park Place LTD is not unique, actually common. It started with them telling me how effective I’ve come to learn my nightmare experience with Park Place LTD is not unique, actually common. It started with them telling me how effective they are selling like collectable vehicles, having customers in the queue, etc. What followed was 1 month before my car was even photographed and listed, factless claims that there was work needed, loading on of unapproved repair expenses they’d already done (for issues caused by Park Place), and crickets - no reported sales inquiries. Then came suggestions with added expense to let them take my vehicle to out-of-state or on online auctions by other firms (with Park Place not reducing their fees, only added expense to me). A year and thousands of $s later, I made the decision to part ways with Park Place. Even that was painful!! My year long consignment period cost me several thousands, hours upon hours of followup, and after all this, they’d reported only 2 prospective buyers to me. Again, I’ve learned this poor and costly experience are not unique to me. My suggestion is for others to skip Park Place directly and Go somewhere else. More
Do not buy from this dealer before physically seeing the car The experience of purchase, accurate representation of car's condition, and sense of care on part of the general manager were poor. I was provi car The experience of purchase, accurate representation of car's condition, and sense of care on part of the general manager were poor. I was provided with imagery and video footage of 2019 DB11 Volante.. With only "One" image pointing to a tiny chip at the rear of the car. When I received the car, transportation defect report, and upon visual inspection at delivery, there were in access of 18 chips throughout the body of the car that were covered with touch up paint. I contacted David with my surprise and disappointment. I was told it's used car with 10k on the clock. The matter was escalated to general manager, that never reached out to me! The point is not about number or existence of any blemishes, it's about "honest disclosure", rather than "misrepresentation for sake of a quick sale at full price". I had bought a 2015 Vanquish the week prior to this purchase from a non- Aston dealer. Totally different experience and accuracy in illustrating car condition. Expected more from an Aston Martin dealer. More

They have an incredibly overpriced 1957 Ford Thunderbird for sale. I sent an email to them asking why so costly -- if it is an "F" Bird, meaning one of the very few supercharged T-Birds, then OK, but if not for sale. I sent an email to them asking why so costly -- if it is an "F" Bird, meaning one of the very few supercharged T-Birds, then OK, but if not, then why the high price? They did not even have the courtesy to respond. This is such a bogus poll -- the car in question was a 1957 Thunderbird, NOT a Lamborghini, as your poll says -- and it can't be changed, so why bother? More
McKay was great. He helped me through all the purchase steps. He sent me multiple videos to see the condition of the vehicle. He helped in the negotiations. Poor poor poor This is the worst car dealership I've dealt with by far, they are quick to take your money and after that disappear into the dark. The guys that work This is the worst car dealership I've dealt with by far, they are quick to take your money and after that disappear into the dark. The guys that work there have poor customer service and I would not recommend doing business with them. There is no care nor concern on what your expectations should be. Sure, if you've bought several cars with them over the years with then they probably brown-nose you to the max. More
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - BUYERS BEWARE !!!! 1. Purchased the referenced car from Butch Bockmier at Park Place Motors on January 15, 2015 at Barrett-Jackson Auto Auction in Scottsdale, AZ. for $1 1. Purchased the referenced car from Butch Bockmier at Park Place Motors on January 15, 2015 at Barrett-Jackson Auto Auction in Scottsdale, AZ. for $122,000 2. I immediately had problems with the car as soon as it rolled off the auction block at the venue. 3. As I file this complaint the car is inoperable due to the ongoing severe mechanical problems I have experienced since it was purchased. 4. I have spent close to $10k over the last 5 months trying to get the car running to no avail. 5. The engine needs to be with thrown away or rebuilt at an estimated cost of $10,000. 6. The car was advertised online and in print as a professionally rebuilt no expenses spared restoration. The car was stated to have a 427 side oiler which is a very desirable, expensive, rare collector car engine. 7. Furthermore, I was provided an appraisal that was done prior to my purchase stating the Side Oiler engine. 8. The car does NOT have a side oiler engine. It has a regular 427 top oiler engine. The engine in the car is approximately worth 60% less according to SHELBY in Las Vegas. 9. Park Place misrepresented this car at auction. 10. I first communicated my problems to Butch at Park Place on 5-20-15 and have had ongoing dialogue trying to resolve the misrepresentation part of this since that time. They have been difficult at best in trying to resolve this. 11. The car is not worth what I paid because of the misrepresentation and I would not have purchased it knowing what I know today. Park Place denies any wrong doing or misrepresentation in spite of the overwhelming documentation they provided prior to and at the time of sale. 12. Park Place has been advised by Barrett-Jackson to return my money in full and has been unwilling to do so. 13. I will be filing formal complaints with other agencies as well as bring a civil action against Park Place. 14. I have pictures, documentation, advertisements and more that validate the misrepresentation by Park Place. 15. I am not an attorney but in my opinion this was intentional misrepresentation (fraud) to sell a car at auction. More
I can honestly say this was the best experience I have had, bar none, purchasing a car, either new or used. I worked with Vic Kirilenko, who greeted my wife and I when we showed up one Sunday afternoon had, bar none, purchasing a car, either new or used. I worked with Vic Kirilenko, who greeted my wife and I when we showed up one Sunday afternoon to shop for something sporty and fun to replace my aging Acura TL (which I loved, but... well, it had been 5 years...). He was friendly, absolutely no pressure, just answered questions. He handed us the keys to a couple of Porsche 911s and told us to go have fun. So we did, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. That ended up getting me hooked on the 911 (which I had never driven before), so he let me take one overnight; actually 2. First night a stick, second night one with PDK. So I could figure out which I'd prefer to drive on the commute. I was pretty sure I was going to go with a 911; but they didn't have quite what I wanted on the lot, but they could order one, and ship it up. I decided to trade in the Acura, and wanted to get the trade in value up-front. Vic was happy to do that, and quoted me a trade-in that was more than fair (it was actually the top of the Kelley Blue Book range for that car). It was nice to get this up-front (although not in writing...), since many dealers would let me haggle the price of the car, and then turn around and try and gouge me on the trade in (e.g. Acura of Lynnwood offering half the trade-in value). The third night I tried an Audi S5 cabriolet they had on the lot, and was hooked. The Porsche 911s were fun to drive fast on open roads, but Seattle traffic doesn't allow for much of that. The Audi was the perfect blend of comfort, looks, and performance. Getting to take all 3 cars overnight really helped me make a decision I am happy with, and there was no pressure at any point to make a deal. Vic even went as far as to say (when I made an offer below the asking price on the Audi) that they'd happily negotiate, and if I wasn't happy with their best offer, no worries, no hard feelings. He was genuine about it, and made the whole experience feel very easy. I felt I could easily walk away with no hassle should I feel the need. When I decided to go for the S5, the negotiation was easy-going and reasonable. Once or twice something came up that had me concerned, but Vic was always reasonable and willing to accommodate. I got a good deal, and there were no surprises at signing. I got exactly what was quoted - verbally - for trade in, no pressure to add on anything, and a fast turnaround too. I drove away with a car I loved, feeling like I was treated fairly. This is a first for me when purchasing a new or used car. I would definitely recommend this dealer - especially if you go talk to Vic. My wife will be buying her new car from him also. We're really happy to have finally found a car dealer who's honest and a pleasure to work with. More
