I also had a trade and he arranged for a trade in value as well.. I am in a wheelchair and the whole transaction was done by telephone and email which was very convenient.. Hans was ALWAYS available when I called and was never annoyed by my constant questions.... What I like most about Hans and Park Avenue BMW is that they don't forget you after the sale and also provide 5 star service. It was the easiest car buying experience ever! Jennifer helped keep me calm assess all of my options to fix my situation and above all was very kind and patient with me. Deo came out on site within 30 minutes and drove me to buy jack stands so I could prop my car up- we were also able to bond and he is hands down one of nicest people you will meet. Deo then came out again to my home to install the new wheels and tires - the service and attention was 5 stars. Sim helped me with buying new tires and all the other repairs needed - I must have called him more than 10 times one day - if he wasn't there he always called back within 15 min (something I have never received from dealers) and when he did answer he was always kind and patient, willing to listen and help. Overall my experience was the best I have ever received from a BMW dealership. These individuals are all true professionals, but above all good people that put your interests first!! More

As I am sure most car shoppers do today, every morning I would check the BMW websites , looking for the "right" car. After finding that car at Park Ave BMW, the rest of the process was easy! Dan Pieroni, our Sales "advisor" was professional, responsive, courteous, and most important, honest. We saw the car, and left the same night with it. Mr. Jara, the finance manager, and we all know how much we love this part of the deal, was equally courteous and professional, and expedited our process in a timely manor. (2) hours start to finish.
