I started to research on a new BMW back in September, shopped around a few BMW dealers and felt that Bobby is a kind of salesman I would comfortably deal with. I prefer salesman to be reasonable, honest, willing to negotiate and present enough evidences to show why the price is reasonable. Eventually, I bought the car I want and at the price I liked from Bobby. I would highly recommend Bobby. Victor made this process easy! I saw a BMW X4 online that looked perfect. I called over and spoke with Victor to see if it was available to test drive and said I would be there at 1 I saw a BMW X4 online that looked perfect. When I arrived, Victor was ready with the car parked out front for me to inspect and test drive. He was not pushy, he went to bat for me with his manager in negotiating a good price. Super polite and thoughtful about the whole process. He really took care of everything from the purchase of this car to the turn in of my leased jeep, insurance. When I had my license plates came in I had planned pick them up, but i was a snow storm. Victor mailed them directly to my home right away. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
