From the first phone interactions I had with the staff here I knew I chose the right place. Everyone was helpful and made the experience very comfortable and easy from start to finish. I worked with Dan and he was very helpful and not pushy at all as far as helping me buy a car and was able to work on the price with me to meet my needs. He was responsive to my text messages throughout the week and kept me updated on the process each step. He has even reached out after I left the dealership with my car asking if he could help me with anything or had any questions about features, etc. Unfortunately he wasn't working the day (yesterday) that I went to pick up my car, but he left me in good hands with Christian and Jack. Christian made sure I got the right price for my trade in and Jack was very helpful and receptive in working with me on different warranty / coverage packages. He broke everything down in a professional and reasonable way to make sure I was getting what I needed without pushing me into additional unreasonable coverage. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a BMW and will certainly be back when its time to purchase my next car! PS as far as price goes I had priced out my car on the internet for over a month and the price they gave me simply couldn't be beat. More
