We have contacted and met with customer. We put his car on the lift and had a discussion with General Manager and Service Manager. As of today, 02/25/2011 we have followed up with customer and are working on resolving all of his issues.

Park Ave BMW responded

I spoke with Mr. Jerome Elson and we are in agreement that Park Ave BMW will correct damage to his left side rocker panel. We have met with our body shop vendor and customer and the customer prefers to use his own body shop. Park Ave BMW agrees to this understanding that the cost is within reason. With regards to the leaking rear seal, it is under warrantee for two years and the customer will bring it in again at his discretion to inspect. We fully expect to resolve both issues.
