My fiance and I just recently left the Park Ave dealership with a new 535I. We previously had an X5 but when the lease was up we decided to try a new car. At first wanted to stay with the X5 because we had become so used to it and loved it but after discussing all the Pros and Cons with Andre we decided to go for a brand new 535I. Andre was beyond friendly and extremely helpful. He answered all of our questions and always provided very useful information. He treated us like family and we felt he was completely honest with us at all times. We sat with Andre for hours discussing our options and our unique situation. He never rushed us and was always responsive via phone and email. He even called my Fiance for his bday :-). We really felt comfortable doing business with this dealership thanks to Andre. We had some issues getting approved for the financing for the new car but Andre along with some of his colleages made it possible for us to drive away with our new car, which we are so in love with. We are so happy with the new car and can not stop thanking Andre for all of his help and support. We look forward to dealing with Andre and this delearship in the future. More

I decided to go to Park Ave BMW in New Jersey even though I live in New York after I read their reviews online. Thanks to the reviews, I went to Park Ave BMW knowing I wanted to make business with Luis Vale I live in New York after I read their reviews online. Thanks to the reviews, I went to Park Ave BMW knowing I wanted to make business with Luis Valencia since he had such an excellent rating. I do not regret it!!! Luis Valencia is knowledgable, reliable, and friendly. He took me to see all the different X3s they had in inventory but it just happened that the one I liked didn't have rear view camera; since finding parking in NY isn't easy I knew rear view camera could prevent my car from having scratched bumpers. So, I ended up building my own X3 which was one of the most exciting and easy experience thanks to Luis. He instructed me of the process and followed up with me as needed. As promised 2 weeks later, my X3 was ready for pick up at the dealer. My X3 is exactly how I dreamed it. If you are ready to buy a BMW make sure you look for LUIS VALENCIA THE BEST salesperson ever. I must say, I had put off completing this review until I had the vehicle a while. I bought a used X5 from Brad at Park Ave BMW, I found the car through the BMW CPO site after spending months debating on pur had the vehicle a while. I bought a used X5 from Brad at Park Ave BMW, I found the car through the BMW CPO site after spending months debating on purchasing/looking around for the perfect X5. This car was perfect, color, interior, year, with all the bells and whistles that I was looking for, and then some... I drove from eastern CT to NJ to test drive the vehicle after several pleasant conversations with Brad. We had completed preapproval paperwork over the phone in the event I was pleased with the vehicle so I would not have to wait around to complete all the paper work. Of course, I fell in love with it once I had driven it and after taking delivery of the vehicle and driving back to CT where I live (140 miles from the dealer)I knew I had made the right choice! Shortly therafter I noticed I slight vibration in the steering wheel when lightly braking the vehicle which I believed was being caused by a warped front rotor. I contacted Brad who told me that rotors are not typically covered under the BMW warranty and that if I was willing to make the commute to their dealership that they would stand by their vehicle if there were any issues not caused by normal wear and tear. Optomistacally, I made the trip and am extremely happy to report, after speaking with Brad and his manager and going for a short ride. They replaced the front rotors free of charge! It was worth the trip for me! THANKS to both of you for turning what could have been an extremely dissapointing experience into a grea one! Everything from the point of contact to the repair visit went extremely well! I look forward to purchasing additional BMW's through Park Ave BMW! More
