We recently took delivery of our new X3 xDrive28i. This is the second vehicle we have leased through our salesman of choice, Tony Jara, and one of many vehicles we've leased from Park Avenue BMW over the is the second vehicle we have leased through our salesman of choice, Tony Jara, and one of many vehicles we've leased from Park Avenue BMW over the last 15 years. Tony is very friendly, professional, responsive, knowledgeable and patiently dealt with our many questions, in exploring our vehicle choices, and reaching an agreeable deal option. Our vehicle interests were very specific, and after assessing the stock vehicle choices, we decided to order to spec. With early input from Bill Aquino in the process, additional packages were rolled into the deal at the onset, so closure at delivery was seamless, complete and processed smoothly with Bill. A new feature in the BMW vehicles to us, and now in this X3 xDrive28i, is the iDrive system, and Tony spent a good hour going through every detail with us, set up our bluetooth cell phones, and ensured we were comfortable with these features. This made the vehicle drive-off most reassuring, that although these features are busy, they were understood. The process, once again, was very smooth from sales start-up through to delivery. I was looking at BMW's for sometime & none of the dealers in the area made me comfortable. Then, I started working with Jeff & he was awesome Jeff was able to turn around the exact deal i want, in t dealers in the area made me comfortable. Then, I started working with Jeff & he was awesome Jeff was able to turn around the exact deal i want, in the car I wanted. He was quick, personable, and friendly. I felt as if I bought a car from a trusted friend. To top that off, Roger did a great job explaining the alternate "after-care" options. I visited this dealership today to attend the Team USA drive event. After completing my test drive, I wanted to see the different colors available for the 5 series. I had Alicia (CA) if it was ok for me t drive event. After completing my test drive, I wanted to see the different colors available for the 5 series. I had Alicia (CA) if it was ok for me to just walk around the lot to see some of the colors available and she recommended that I should have a salesman show me the other indoor lot where there are more available. I agreed. The salesman showed up shortly and showed me what I had already seen myself in the outside lot. I didn't push him to take me into the other lot as he had not offered, no big deal. We then got back to his desk and tried to negotiate a deal. They were no longer taking orders for the model I wanted, so I was given a quote for something similiar in their inventory. At this point, I explained to the salesman that I would buy if it was a good deal. The quote was fair (at least based on the numbers he told me), but not good enough for me to commit right away on this large of a purchase on something that wasn't exactly what I wanted. So I didn't want to continue wasting both our time, thanked the salesman, and proceeded to leave. When I got up to leave, the salesman then told me "what if I knocked off another 5k". I sat back down to do some additional calculations and concluded that it would have been a good deal. At this point, the salesman left the desk , when he came back, I took 5k off the initial quote he gave me and asked him if this is exactly what he is quoting me. He just laughed at my inquiry and went on about how I should have known right away that it would have been a deal. If not for that last bit with the mind games, my experience with this dealership would not have been negative. In all fairness, Alicia, the CA, was very pleasant to deal with and very hospitable. I am not sure why the salesman felt a need to play mind games with me when we could have simply concluded our negotiations amicably. More

Park Ave BMW is top notch. Mr. Mike Messinger is top notch. I had the privilege of working with Mike and if you go there you should as well. This is the 4th lease I've had, and I have never experience notch. I had the privilege of working with Mike and if you go there you should as well. This is the 4th lease I've had, and I have never experienced a sales person who genuinely made me feel that he cared I was satisfied with my purchase. From finding the right color combos, to making sure I had all I wanted with interior options and back again. To making himself available when it was convenient for me and his focus on making sure I had all I wanted rather than being eager to just close a deal. As a previous BMW owner, I was not sure I even wanted another since my experience was so bad the first time around. Working with the right people makes all the difference. Definitely pay them a visit before making any decisions. They will earn your business. They fly high above the rest! More

I am a newcomer to luxury vehicles and have switched from being a long-term toyota owner to a 3 series owner. I purchased an ex-loaner 328i and absolutely love it! pricing was great, and Brad and Roger were being a long-term toyota owner to a 3 series owner.
