My 7 month old 535ix BMW got caught in a flash flood which destroyed the engine. From the time I had the car delivered to the service facility to the time I picked it up, my service rep was terrific. which destroyed the engine. Rick took care of everything, from helping me rent a car, to keeping in touch about the status of my car. He was so calm, and explained everything to me that had to be done, so that I was completely confident that the car would be returned to me "good as new". Once my husband and I started dealing with Mike Smereglia, we knew we were dealing with a professional dealership.
