I was apprehensive because I thought my mind was set on a 2 door, but Brett made me aware of the great value behind the lease. And I have to say my wife and I are extremely happy with the outcome. When I realized that the cold weather package no longer included heated steering wheel they were able to find 2 choices for me that - even though were slightly higher than I wanted to pay - were exactly what I wanted. In the past I did shop around to see if Greg gave me the best price on the lease he could and ultimately he was the most competitive from the beginning of the process. I had thought about leasing a different car this year - one that was a couple hundred dollars cheaper but it was the customer service and the loyalty factor that kept me with Greg Berkowitz. Francine and Greg work incredibly well together. I spent most of my time working with Francine and she did an amazing job. I was really busy at work and it was nice to know that I had someone like her on top of the process the entire way through. I love my new BMW.
