Walked into BMW unsure if I was going to lease that day - wanted to check things out and see what was being offered. In the morning the coffee machine was not functioning,once informed it was taken care of right away, would have been nice if they had some milk, but will let it go. Maybe we asked some questions which made they think we were just looking. Until we came to PARK Ave BMW, until we met Jeff Debiase in the Internet Sales Department . From the first meeting, he showed his professionalism in cars. He helped me narrow down the selection based on our needs, he also took me on as a test drives. He was extremely patient and professional while we made my decision. There was no pressure or sales tactics at all during the whole process. Both me and my wife felt great about the deal we got. Let me start off by saying that we had been to another very well known BMW dealer and were offered their "best price" and since we still had several weeks before we needed to buy I suggested my wife stop very well known BMW dealer and were offered their "best price" and since we still had several weeks before we needed to buy I suggested my wife stop by Park Ave. She was greeted warmly by a gentleman, Robert Westervelt, who was very professional and after a brief discussion he suggested a test drive of a 528xi. A few minutes later after discussing certain options we wanted, Bob was able to offer an excellent price that quite frankly we were happy to agree with that day. On the day of delivery we were happily surprised to see our new car with a full tank and NJ lic plates all set to drive away with. Bob spent quite some time explaining all of the great technology to us with the patience of a saint. I've been buying and or leasing cars for 30 years and I have to say this experience was by far the most pleasant. We will recommend Park Ave and more importantly Robert Westervelt to our friends. went in for a pre-lease evaluation/estimate and they wrote up that i will need $1,200 worth of damages. At most this should be for 1 worn tire that they charge @ $300/tire.
