On short notice, I needed to bring my car in for service and also needed it back quickly. When I contacted Mike to make the appointment, I explained my situation and he assured me that he would be able to and also needed it back quickly. When I contacted Mike to make the appointment, I explained my situation and he assured me that he would be able to help. Upon arrival, he was ready for me and greeted me with exceptional courteousness. The whole process was very smooth and fluid. My loaner was ready for me and I was on my way. Mike did an awesome job at keeping me in the loop of the status of my car. He was able to get my car back to me the same day and it was truly a relief. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Mike and I will always be going to him for all of my service needs at Park Ave. It was really a pleasing experience and comforting to know that hospitality still exists at car dealerships. Brett was wonderfully responsive to my questions both over email and by phone. Based on his interaction with me + the availability of an acceptable CPO vehicle at the right price, I was happy to make a over email and by phone. Based on his interaction with me + the availability of an acceptable CPO vehicle at the right price, I was happy to make a purchase from Park Ave BMW and did not bother going to other dealers to look at equally acceptable cars. Negotiations were simple. I was able to test drive and purchase the vehicle in about 2 hours. More
I dropped my vehicle last week on a regularly scheduled service appointment. As always I was welcomed by one of the Service reps. Everything typical; why you here for, what is going on with the vehicle e service appointment. As always I was welcomed by one of the Service reps. Everything typical; why you here for, what is going on with the vehicle etc. Nothing out of ordinary. I left my car and went to get a loaner. There was nothing out of ordinary at this point as well, however I've got a 3 series old junk with dents all over and even a cracked windshield that I wouldn't be aware of prior of getting into the vehicle until the rep told me "there is also a chipped windshield". I was like jeez ..what else there is wrong with this car that I am not aware of. Up until this point everything sounded pretty normal even the loaner situation. Seems that they have problems with loaners in general that's way these days they are being extra cautious. I am still OK with that! Even the $500 hold authorization on my CC did not throw my guard. So... I took a loaner and went straight out of the dealership to run my errands. About 11:50am I've received a call from service rep - Sir your car is ready. I showed up to pick up my vehicle at around 1pm. Still nothing out of ordinary. Seems they repaired everything, even washed my car. As always they let you sign the papers even if the balance is 0. All work nicely done - have a great day. Waited about 2 minutes after they delivered my and some other lady car. I hoped in and quickly left as there was that lady behind me ready to scream that I am not leaving yet. From this point the real story begins: While driving for about 2 miles (2minutes after I left dealership)I glimpsed on the papers given and looked at the tab with "MO" - millage out. There was the same number of miles as millage in. I quickly looked on my odometer and something didn't add up. I did a quick math and little do I know there is much more miles extra on my odometer. I stopped my car and quickly called the dealership. I got my service rep on the phone asking simple question - Do you know what happen to my vehicle and why there is extra miles into it? He responded that I must be mistaken and my vehicle wasn't driven. To confirm he put me on hold while he talks to the service people. When he comes back he confirm that in fact the car was driven 2 miles just to check if everything was OK. I confronted that and said that according to my calculation my odometer from that moment (minus the miles driven from the dealership) reads a lot more miles extra not 2. He acted like there is nothing to worry and offered a free "car detail" to cover the problem. I said that this will not resolve the matter and I am coming back to the dealership. When I got there couple minutes later, they took my key (just like in the morning) and did the key reading. It showed exactly what is on the odometer. Why was this done it? I have no idea. Sales rep looked at me and ignored everything telling me that key reader showed correct millage. Well, I did not come back to confirm that, I am here to find out what happen to extra miles that was putted on my car? He acted like there is nothing wrong again and tried to convince me that I might be wrong. OK. We have a real problem now. I asked to speak to the manager. It took me 15 minutes to finally talk to Mr. Bergamotto where he insisted that there was nothing wrong with the millage but telling me that in fact there was a test drive performed and it took about 5 to 6 miles that's all. OK. Thats something new, I am thinking, few minutes before this car was driven only 2 miles. So I asked where did the real extra miles went? No answer on that and while the conversation gets heated he said that the key meter reading that was performed in the morning was inaccurate, as he sees this happening very often. Their not so convincing facts after facts did not sounded right. I have realized that I will not get a straight or reasonable answer onto, IF in fact there was a test drive performed, was it 2 or 5 miles? or WHO and WHY drove my vehicle while in service and how there is much more then 2 or 5 miles extra on my odometer. There was no reasonable explanation or any apology offered. Even the extra "car detail" wasn't offered anymore. This entire encounter left me with plain shock. So beware If you ever going to get your service performed at this facility, make sure to check your car from A to Z prior your service. God know if they are using your car to get into Dunkin Donuts or even worse!!! Whatever they are doing I surely hope one day it will come to an end. And by the way I owned couple of BMW's over the course of 10 years and even this did not prepared me for such a horrible encounter while servicing my car. More
I have always had my vehicle serviced at Park Ave and can't think of a better place to have my car cared for. I had a major electrical issue and they work very hard to make sure that BMW stood behind the can't think of a better place to have my car cared for. I had a major electrical issue and they work very hard to make sure that BMW stood behind the car. I was so upset that I was ready to get rid of my BMW and go to a different manufacturer. I am a product of a GM family and now I can't imagine myself in anything but a BMW. These guys are the best thing that ever happened to the car buisness. From the moment you pull up you have a state of the art facility, customer service that is second to none. Then while they were servicing my car Larry actually e-mailed me pictures of the progress. I got the car back washed and vacumed too. The loaner car program is also a great system. I informed the guy I was considering moving up to a 5 series and he said ok they you can have a 5 series as a loner to see how you like it. Well the salesman really owes his next sale to that loaner car guy. I am currently building my new 5 series to what I want and plan to buy it in the next six months. I don't know if these guys know just how much they help themself by being such great people to the customer. Larry is the best service writer you can get and David runs a great department. Thank you both for helping me with my car and for those reading this don't think of going anywhere else, these guys are the best. More

Rich had led a tough situation on a warranty repair the way I would have handled it if I were in his shoes. I could not ask for more. I have always enjoyed, yes enjoyed, my visits to their still sparklin way I would have handled it if I were in his shoes. I could not ask for more. I have always enjoyed, yes enjoyed, my visits to their still sparkling service center off Rt. 80, and this last visit just solidified the good feelings I have towards BMW and particularly Park Avenue BMW. This is about the fourth BMW that I purchased from Andre Lindsay of Park Avenue BMW and I could not be happier. You will never meet anyone who is as intelligent, attentive or as knowledgeable when it comes Lindsay of Park Avenue BMW and I could not be happier. You will never meet anyone who is as intelligent, attentive or as knowledgeable when it comes to something as serious as purchasing a new car. All questions are immediately answered until you are satisfied and he works out the best possible deal for each client with no hesitation. I am so happy dealing with Andre that even after moving to Florida over two years ago, I made flight arrangements for me and my wife to meet with Andre in New Jersey. (even knowing how many BMW dealerships there were closer to my home in Florida)I am extremely grateful for Andre's great customer service and I would recommend him to every and anybody looking to purchase a used or new BMW. Plus, my new car is amazing! Many thanks to Andre for a great job done!! More
