Park Ave BMW staff is the best car dealership I have ever dealt with. How many places you have been where the General Manager spends more than an hour with you showing all the cars. Wayne, Park Ave BMW's GM was very courteous and well informed. After our meeting with Wayne there was no hesitation that Park Ave BMW is the dealership I want to do business with. And it was just a begining until Wayne introduced us to Tom. Tom is the most passionate and professional car sales individual I have ever met. He took care of everything. From helping us to get and build the BMW we wanted to working the best price he was there with us at every step. His make shift Tony was awesome too. Both Tom and Tony spent after hour time with me to get the ultimate driving machine. It doesn't end here. My new car is loaded with latest in the technology that BMW has to offer so there are just infinite things that you can do. Though they started off on the wrong foot they managed to turn it into a 100% positive experience. We were committed buyers of one of the more prestigious models in their line-up and we wanted to make sure they understood why the dealership was missing out on such a sale. After beginning our story with the sales manager Andre was quickly bought into the situation and put us at ease allowing us to begin the ordering process. Being existing BMW owners and planning on returning our leased '09 M3, we wanted to order/lease a current "duplicate" of the one we were returning. Giving Andre our current VIN enabled him to quickly pull up its specifications and compare them with what we selected for the new 2013 model. After confirming the sales contract contained our requested options & configurations, the agreed upon (and entirely fair price), we signed our order, gave a deposit and waited. 2 1/2 months later we're now the proud owners of an Interlagos Blue 2013 M3! From the initial poor reception to ultimately getting what we wanted and all with a fantastic sales/finance/service staff we couldn't be happier with the end result. More
