I went to the dealership to get out of a very expensive car that I did not drive. I had the car for 2 years and it had 6500 miles on it and it was costing me $970 a month. When I had returned to the dealer car that I did not drive. I had the car for 2 years and it had 6500 miles on it and it was costing me $970 a month. When I had returned to the dealership where I had purchased the car they were rude and not helpful. All they tried to do was put me in an older car with more miles a longer agreement, and only lowering my payments by $100 a month. I was extremely frustrated and upset. From the moment I walked into Park ave BMW, everyone I met with was extremely understanding and helpful. They went out of their way to come up with a fair deal that worked for me and them. They spent a lot of time with me going over my various options. They have made me a customer for life! Sabit has been a pleasure to work with he followed up on all aspects of the sale kept in constant contact with me before and after sale was made. Dealing with Park Ave has been an extremely pleasant experience unlike my dealings with Prestige. This is the second BMW I've purchased from Jeff Sherman, although it's the first since he's been at Park Avenue. Lucky for us, he had provided his cell number and after much searching, we finally located it. After our previous experience with him, we knew would buy from no one else. Park Ave is well out of our way and took us quite a while to get to. When we arrived and were greeted at the door by Jeff, we were instantly reminded why we were so happy with him the first time. It's not like he sells you the car. He just kind of presents it and explains why it's the right choice. I'm sure he gave us a great deal but we really didn't bother to check elsewhere or to shop around. He's that good. If anyone reading this ever needs a new BMW, don't bother looking elsewhere. Just go to Park Avenue and see Jeff. Oh, and he's great with our kids, too. More
