I felt jeff had my best interest in mind from the beginning to the end of our process. I wanted a black on black vehicle but there was not one currently available. Jeff did his research and found me a black on black 3 series that fit my budget, worked the numbers and boom. Done deal! I never saw the car until it was time to pick it up and get rid of ole Betsy (my old TL). My new car was right in front, waxed and cleaned to the whistle. I finished paperwork for about 30minutes, gave Jeff the keys to my old ride and I was on my way with my new BMW!! I won't be going to anyone else but Jeff for my future BMW vehicles. PAINLESS!! More
